| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Bank of Baroda has informed BSE that, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of sub section 3 of Section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 read with sub clause (1) & (2) of clause 9 of The Nationalized Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme 1970, the Central Government after consultation with Reserve Bank of India vide their Notification dated September 19, 2014, has appointed Shri Prem Kumar Makkar, as Officer Employee Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of Baroda for a period of three years, from the date of notification of his appointment or until he ceases to be an officer of the Bank of Baroda, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. |
