| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2014 has approved the change in the designation of Mr. Rohit Gambhir from Executive Director and Chief Executive to Managing Director with effect from November 01, 2014.
Mr. Rohit Gambhir was earlier appointed by the Board of Directors on October 30, 2013 as Executive Director and Chief Executive with effect from November 01, 2013 for a period of five years in compliance with section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Shareholders subsequently at the Annual General Meeting held on April 25, 2014 approved the said appointment of Rohit Gambhir as Executive Director and Chief Executive for five years from November 01, 2013.
The approval of Board of Directors is now accorded for re-designating Rohit Gambhir as Managing Director with effect from November 01, 2014. |
