In terms of Code of Internal Procedure of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2015 to November 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) for all designated persons of the Company due to consideration and approval of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 in the Board Meeting schedule to be held on November 13, 2015. |
