| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/09/2016 08:19:19 | | Den Networks Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed, inter alia, for discussion and approval of Preferential Issue, for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from September 16, 2016 and shall remain closed up to September 22, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
