Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity shares of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) for directors and designated employees as defined in code. |
