Under the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's securities, viz. Equity Shares, will remain closed for all specified persons of the Company from January 22, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 are made public.
