| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Super Sales India Ltd has informed BSE that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on December 18, 2009, inter alia, to commence all or any of the business as specified in the sub clause III (c) 6 of other objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company viz., “Manufacture and deal in the following viz., electrical machinery and accessories such as electric motor, pump, fans, transformers, refrigerators, air coolers, air compressing and air conditioning equipment, water sewage and other kinds of pumps, refrigeration units both domestic and commercial including ice making plants; machinery and equipments for textile, soap, sugar, chemicals, matches, wood working, rubber, paint, varnish, pottery, glass and any other industry that may require local skill for manufacture of equipment and machinery, sanitary fittings, flushing cisterns, manholes and frames and plumbing materials. |
