| Exchange Disseminated Time | Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2006, inter alia, have also accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the audited Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended 31 March, 2006 and Directors’ Report and Auditors’ Report thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri Narayan Patodia, Shri Gopal Patodia & Shri G J Mirchandani as Directors of the Company.
3. Re-appointment of M/s Lodha and Company, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai, as Auditors of the Company to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company on remuneration, terms and conditions.
4. Appointment of Shri Pratap Padamshi Dundh as a Director of the Company.
5. Re-appointment of Shri K K Patodia as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from October 01, 2006 to September 30, 2009 on remuneration, terms and conditions.
6. Re-appointment of Shri Narayan Patodia as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from January 01, 2007 to December 31, 2009 on remuneration, terms and conditions. |
