| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. James Richard Deeley who was appointed as an Additional Director on July 28, 2010 and holds office upto the date of the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been appointed as an Non -Executive, Non - Retiring Nominee Director of ESAB Holdings Limited as per Article 112 of the Articles of Association of the company with effect from April 28, 2011.
The Company further informed that Mr. James Richard Deeley has been designated as the Chairman of the Board of Directors as per Article 148 of the Articles of Association of the Company. Mr. Michael George Foster, the current Chairman of the Board, will continue as a Non - Executive, Nominee Director. |
