Enam Securities Pvt. Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has informed BSE that Tube Investments of India Limited ("Acquirer") has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement ("SPA") on July 13, 2012 with the Promoter/Promoter Group of Shanthi Gears Limited for the purchase of 3,60,50,291 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, representing 44.12% of its share capital.
