We would like to inform you that the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Genesys International Corporation Limited has granted 10,00,000 Options to its eligible employees, in terms of the Company's ESOP Scheme- 2017 at its meeting held today i.e. December 15, 2017. One stock option grant represents one equity share of Rs. 5/- each of the company. The stock option shall vest in the employees in three tranches i.e end of one year, two years and after three years from the date of grant.
The above Options were granted at an exercise price of Rs. 150.00 per equity share, which is 52.96% discount to the closing price of Rs. 318.85/- of the company's equity share on the National Stock Exchange of India on December 14, 2017. |
