| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bharat Gears Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2009, inter alia, have approved the proposal of amendment in Articles of Association of the Company empowering for buy back of securities, and conduct the postal ballot process for obtaining the shareholder's approval to effect the amendment.
However, the Board of Directors after deliberating on the buy back proposal at length, and keeping in the view the current economic scenario decided to consider it at later date. |
