1. We would like to inform that Our Accounts have been prepared following IND AS and due regard to all the items as per IND AS of Schedule III of the Companies Act 2013, has been taken into account, while preparing the format.
2. We request you to kindly note that, the Company has submitted the note with regard to the reconciliation of net profit for the corresponding quarter of the previous year along with the financial results submitted for the quarter and year ended 31 March 2017. We request to note point no. 4 of the financial results submitted.
3. We would again like to clarify that there is no material adjustments to be made to the net profit for the corresponding quarter or of the previous year on account of transition from the previous Indian GAAP to Ind - AS. Hence, there is no reconciliation statement submitted.
4. All the contents in Profit and Loss Account is as per IND AS of Schedule III, except, Comprehensive Income. Due to the above reason cited in point no. 3, the company has no comprehensive income. Hence, there are no items to be reclassified to profit and loss account.
