| Exchange Disseminated Time 31/10/2016 11:16:18 | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be held on November 11, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Results for the Second Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
The Board shall also approve the Text of Un-audited Financial Results for the 2nd Quarter ended September 30, 2016 and authorise for publication and dissemination of Un-audited Results.
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the 'Trading window' for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors and designated Employees of the Company from October 31, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive) for holding the Board Meeting for approval of Unaudited Financial Result for the 2nd Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016. |
