    We hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 13, 2017, inter-alia to consider/approve the financial results of the Bank for the quarter ended September 30, 2017.

    As per Bank's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Bank including Directors, designated employees and their immediate relatives from opening of trading hours on November 02, 2017 (Thursday) to closing of trading hours on November 15, 2017 (Wednesday).
