| Exchange Disseminated Time | Abbott India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2015, inter alia, for the following:
1. To consider and approve the text of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
2. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Accounts for the year ended on March 31, 2015.
3. To recommend final dividend.
Further, pursuant to BSE Circular dated February 03, 2014, in terms of Abbott India Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2015 to May 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
