| Exchange Disseminated Time | Karur Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of the Bank is scheduled to meet on May 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Bank for the year ended March 31, 2014.
Further, pursuant to Code 3.2 (c) of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations of the Bank, the Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the Bank's shares shall remain closed from May 22, 2014 till May 29, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the consideration of the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2014. The Trading window shall open for trading on May 30, 2014. |
