2. The name of Shri. S. Mahalingam, Independent Director of the Bank, has been recommended by the Board for the post of Non-Executive Chairman of the Bank and approval by the Reserve Bank of India is awaited.
3. The Board of Directors of the Bank in its meeting held on May 03, 2016 has co-opted Shri. M. Narayanan, as Additional Director of the Bank, w.e.f., May 03, 2016. |
