2. Appointed M/s. Deep Shukla & Associates, Practising Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2016.
3. Reviewed Internal Audit process and re-formed team of Internal Auditor amongst employees of the Company who are members of professional bodies i.e. ICSI, ICAI and ICWAI pursuant to section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013. |
