| Exchange Disseminated Time | Fine Line Circuits Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 12, 2009, inter alia, have transacted the following business:
1. The Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 & the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on that date together with the Auditors’ and Directors’ Reports were approved and adopted.
2. Shri. Rajendra V. Gandhi, Shri. Juzer Vasi, Shri. Rajiv B. Doshi and Shri. R. M. Premkumar Directors of the Company who retired by rotation were re-appointed.
3. D. K. P. & Associates, the auditors of the Company were re-appointed as Auditors. |
