| Exchange Disseminated Time | Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2011, inter alia, have approved and passed the following:
1. The 69th Annual Report together with the Audited accounts including Balance Sheet and the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended on June 30, 2011.
2. Final Dividend @150% i.e. Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- (F.V.) each, on 12,70,26,870 equity shares.
3. Shri B. L. Taparia, retiring Director was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
4. Shri H. S. Parikh, retiring Director was re-appointed as Director of the Company.
5. M/s. Chhogmal & Co., Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as the Auditors of the Company for the Accounting year 2011-12. |
