1. Appointment of Mr. Brij Mohan as Additional Director who is also an Independent Director.
2. Re-constitution of Audit Committee
3. Re-constitution of Remuneration Committee
4. Re-constitution of Share holders Grievance Committee
5. Appointment of Mr. Niranjan Reddy Chintam as Executive Chairman with a remuneration of Maximum of 5% of net profits of the Company, as per Section 198 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
6. Fixation of remuneration to Mr. Krishna Reddy Chintam, Managing Director, with Maximum of 5% of net profits of the Company, as per Section 198 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
7. To issue Employee Stock Options (ESOP) for 7,09,782 Equity Shares. |
