Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations 2015, that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 20th September, 2017 to 26th September, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 26th September, 2017 at 11.00 A.M at GIA House, I.D.C. Mehrauli Road, Opp. Sector 14, Gurugram - 122 001, Haryana.

Pursuant to Regulation 44 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company is providing to the members the facility to exercise their right to vote at the 30th AGM by electronic means and all the business as mentioned in the Notice shall be transacted through Remote e-voting services provided by 'Karvy Computershare Private Limited', Hyderabad

The members of the Company, holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date being Tuesday, 19th September, 2017 may cast their vote electronically.
