1. Recommended dividend on equity shares @21 % p.a. (i.e. Rs. 2.10/- per equity share) subject to approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Considered appointment of Merchant Banker for implementation of ESOP.
3. Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insider and Code of Practice and Procedures for fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. |
