B. K. Khare & Co., Chartered Accountants.
Further the Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have declared First Interim Dividend for the financial year 2017-18, of Rs. 8.00/- per equity share and the same shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear in the Register of Members of Company or in records of Depositories as beneficial owners of equity shares as on November 14, 2017, which is record date fixed for the said purpose. |
