1. To participate as a Promoter in the Exit Offer to the public shareholders of the following companies, vide SEBI Circular No. dated October 10, 2016, subject to approval by the Board of Directors of the respective companies;
- A.V.Thomas & Company Ltd.
- The Midland Rubber & Produce Company Ltd.
- The Nelliampathy Tea & Produce Company Ltd.
2. To furnish adequate Bank Guarantee required for the Exit Offer of The Nelliampathy Tea & Produce Company Ltd., subject to approval by its Board of Directors.
