2. Appointment of Mr. Joginder Kumar Baweja as Independent and Additional Director on the Board with effect from February 06, 2014.
Further the Company has noted that, Mr. Joginder Kumar Baweja is also appointed as member of Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. |
