| Exchange Disseminated Time | JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 10, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company for the first quarter ended June, 2014, second quarter and half year ended September, 2014, third quarter and nine months ended December, 2014 and audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2015 and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, on equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window shall remain closed for the insiders of the Company from May 29, 2015 upto June 11, 2015 upto for declaration of financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014, second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014, third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 and audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and the year ended March 31, 2015. |
