| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 02, 2015 about the announcement of disconnection of power supply by Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Ltd, Shanthi Gears Ltd has now informed BSE that in this regard, Hon’ble National Green Tribunal (SZ), Chennai by an order dated February 05, 2015 has set aside the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board’s order of disconnection of power supply dated January 30, 2015.
Further, in the same Order, National Green Tribunal (SZ), Chennai directed to restore power connection immediately.
Accordingly, the supply of power to the Foundry unit of the Company has been restored with effect from February 06, 2015. |
