| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/05/2016 18:20:08 | With reference to the earlier letter dated May 20, 2016, Relicab Cable Manufacturing Ltd has now informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was schedule to be held on May 28, 2016 is postponed and now the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled to be held on May 30, 2016 at 2.30 p.m. at 207, Sahakar Bhavan, Kurla Inds. Estate, L.B.S. Marg, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai - 400 086 (Mumbai office of the Company) to consider inter alia the following business:
- To approve & take on record the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2016 and consider Auditor's Report as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct" formed under the SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window will be closed from May 18, 2016 till forty-eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP, Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. |
