| Exchange Disseminated Time 13/02/2016 12:36:44 | IIFL Holdings Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Wealth Management subsidiary i.e. IIFL Wealth Management Limited ["IIFLW"] has on February 13, 2016 approved acquisition of 100% shareholding of Chephis Capital Markets Limited ["Chephis"], a Non Deposit Taking Non Systematically Important NBFC [ND -Non SI], from the existing shareholders of Chephis, pursuant to the prior approval of RBI and other regulatory compliances. The acquisition has been completed on February 13, 2016 and Chephis has become a wholly owned subsidiary of IIFLW.
Further, the Board of Directors of IIFLW has also approved an investment of Rs. 50 Crore by way of additional capital into Chephis. |
