- The Board has accorded its approval for the proposal of the Company for development of its land for Integrated Township through Development Agency Model and further authorized Shri. M Nandagopal, Executive Chairman and Shri. Arvind Nandagopal, Managing Director severally to finalise and execute the Development Agency Contract on such terms and conditions as they may deem fit and inform the Board. |
