| Exchange Disseminated Time 03/02/2016 15:25:39 | Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 12, 2016, inter alia, to consider Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ending December 31, 2015.
Further, as per the Company's code of conduct for the prohibition of insider trading pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 for all the Directors/ Designated employees of the Company from February 05, 2016 up to February 14, 2016.
Accordingly all the Directors / Designated employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the equity shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of the closure of Trading Window. |
