2)Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Monday, 25th September, 2017 to Friday, 29th September, 2017 (both the days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting.
3)As per Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations, the Company is providing - facility to the members to cast their votes by electronic means and e-voting is starting from Tuesday, 26.09.2017 (9:00 AM) to Thursday, 28.09.2017 (5:00 PM).
