| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of Company alongwith Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2014 and in the same meeting, Board will also consider to recommend to the member(s) for declaring the final dividend for the Financial Year-201 3-14.
Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 and as per the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company, the Trading Window of Company shall remain closed for 2 working days prior to the date of the Board Meeting viz. May 27, 2014 to May 29, 2014 and 24 hours after the Board Meeting i.e. from May 30, 2014 to May 31, 2014 and trading in Shares of Company are filly prohibited during this period. |
