- The Board also resolved to reclassify the individuals from "Promoter Category" to "Public Category" since the persons are neither involved in the management nor hold any controlling stake in the Company and also none of the individuals has entered into any Shareholders Agreement with the Company nor have they got any Veto Rights or Special Information Rights or Special Rights as to voting power or control of the Company.
