| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated August 27, 2013, regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 27, 2013, Finkurve Financial Services Ltd has now informed BSE about the corrected outcome of Board Meeting held on August 27, 2013.
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 27, 2013, inter alia, issued and allotted 82,80,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each as Bonus Shares in the ratio of 6:1 (6 (Six) new shares for every 1 (One) share held) as on the record date i.e. August 23, 2013. Further upon this allotment the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 9,66,00,000/- divided in to 96,60,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
