1. To adopt and approve the Unaudited (Provisional) Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2009;
2. To fix the Record Date for the proposed Bonus Issue of Shares 2:1 in the ratio {i.e. two equity shares for every one equity share held} subject to approval of members at their ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
