| Exchange Disseminated Time | CJ Gelatine Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2016, inter alia, for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company along with statement of assets & liabilities for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016 and Loan Facility of Rs. Two Crores from Reliance Capital Limited.
Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Trading Window to deal in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees as defined under the said Codes from May 07, 2016 and will re-open 48 hours after the publication of the results to the public.
This closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the said meeting of the Board of Directors. |
