| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Eveready Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the amendment to Sec 123 of the Companies Act, 2013, by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015, effective from May 29, 2015, the Company is unable to declare the dividend, for the year ended March 31, 2015 as recommended earlier on May 11, 2015. Accordingly, in order to be in consonance with the Amendment, the Board of Directors of the Company has revised the financial statements (limited to the extent of modification of dividend) on July 02, 2015 and do not recommend any dividend for the year ended March 31, 2015. |
