| Exchange Disseminated Time | Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2011, inter alia, resolved to buy-back equity shares of the Company under Section 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Securities and Exchange Board of In (buy-back of Securities) Regulations, 1998.
The said buy-back shall not exceed 10% of the paid-up share capital and free reserves through Tender Offer Method at a price to be determined by the Committee of Directors, viz., Buy-back Committee at its meeting to be held at. a later date. |
