Jagson Airlines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:

1. The Board of Directors of the Company have re-constituted the Audit Committee of the Company which comprises as below

- Mr., Bhuvi Kant, Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee;

- Mr. Sardar Singh Mudgal, Independent Director;

- Ms. Ravinder Kaur Hora, Promoter-Director.

2. Under the same Chairmanship the Audit Committee shall also function as the Vigilance Mechanism Committee of the Company.
