| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier annoucement dated September 26, 2008 regarding the Accounting Year of the Company has been extended by six months so as to end on March 31, 2009, Standard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Accounting Year thus comprises 18 months from October 01, 2007 to March 31, 2009.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company will not publish Unaudited Financial Results for the last Quarter ended March 31, 2009, but will publish Audited Financial Results for the 18-months Accounting Period October 01, 2007 to March 31, 2009, within a period of 3 months from the end of the last Quarter of the Accounting Year i.e. on or before June 30, 2009. |
