Further, as per the Company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders" pursuant to the requirements of the SEBI (prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Insiders covered under the said code from November 04, 2016 to November 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
