| Exchange Disseminated Time 20/06/2016 11:42:13 | Goodricke Group Ltd has informed BSE that as per notification issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) dated February 16, 2015 the Company has to mandatorily adopt Indian Accounting Standards (IND AS) with effect from financial year 2017-18. The said notification also states that any Company may voluntarily adopt the said standards with effect from the accounting periods beginning on or after April 01, 2015.
The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on May 23, 2016 decided to adopt such standards with effect from the financial year 2016-17 for the purpose of preparation of its financial statements. |
