| Exchange Disseminated Time | Raunaq Automotive Components Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Dev Raj Arya, Director and Company Secretary of the Company, has relinquished the office of Company Secretary and Ms. Kamna Tiwari has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
In terms of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the following Personnel as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:
1. Mr. Gursharan Singh, Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, has been designated as Managing Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.
2. Ms. Kamna Tiwari has been appointed as Company Secretary (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company.
3. Mr. Dev Raj Arya has been re-designated as Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company. |
