| Exchange Disseminated Time | IP Rings Ltd has informed BSE that consequent to the resignation of Mr. S. Rangarajan, Vice President (Finance) & Company Secretary, Mrs. S. Priyamvatha has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from January 31, 2013. She has also been nominated as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
Further the Company has informed that, the Company's Board has nominated Mr. R. Venkataraman, Deputy General
Manager (Finance) as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 31, 2013.
Further the Board has decided to Shift the Registered Office of the Company to the Factory Premise at D11/12, Industrial Estate, Maraimalai Nagar - 603 209 with effect from April 01, 2013. The Company will be seeking the approval of Shareholders for the said purpose through Postal Ballot. |
