| Exchange Disseminated Time | VC Corporate Advisors Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Pramod Jain & M/s Pranidhi Holdings Pvt Ltd ("Acquirers") along with M/s J P Financial Services Pvt Ltd ("Persons Acting in concert" or "PAC") has issued this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement to the Shareholders of Golden Tobacco Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated November 12, 2009.
The shareholders may note the following:
In terms of Regulation 18(1) of the Regulations, the draft Letter of Offer has been submitted to SEBI on November 25, 2009. SEBI has sought some clarifications which were duly submitted and which are presently under SEBI's consideration. The original schedule of activities as disclosed in the PA shall be delayed and the revised schedule of activities will be announced on receipt of the observations from SEBI in terms of proviso to Regulation 18(2) of the Regulations.
Terms used but not defined in this Corrigendum to the PA shall have the same meaning as assigned in the PA. |
