It is further informed that the Company has adopted for IND-AS for the first time from this financial year (i.e. 2017-18). As per SEBI circular CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 05, 2016 Companies adopting IND-AS for the first time, the due date for submission of financial results for the quarter ended September 2017 is December 14, 2017. |
