2. Rs. 20/- (200%) per share dividend was declared for the Financial Year April 01, 2008 to March 31, 2009.
3. Appointment of Justice S. Natarajan & Mr. V R Gupte as Directors of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
4. Appointment of M/s. P. Srinivasan & Co., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company, on remuneration, terms & conditions. |
